Beachwood has 3 bedrooms main with double bed, plus small ensuite, 2nd with double bed, 3rd with two sets of bunks, are supported by 2nd bathroom/laundry which includes washing machine, trough, pedestal basin, toilet, and shower, there are two toilets in the house. There is also an outdoor shower to wash off upon return from the beach. The large open plan kitchen, dining and living area, with polished boards, overlooks deck and the garden also includes bbq with outdoor furniture. The kitchen has large fridge with modern large gas stove and electric oven, microwave, and ample crockery, cutlery, glasses, platters to cater for holiday stays. There is lots of space in the large treed garden to relax on the deck or under the shady trees, and for the kids to play. There is no garage access, but room inside the main gates to park. High front fence and fully fenced yard. Beachwood is ideally set up for 2 families or a family with grand parents, an older style weatherboard holiday home with modern updated features to cater for all your holiday needs.
