This nice spacious townhome is a contemporary 3 bedroom/3 bathroom fully furnished townhome. This 1662 square foot townhome was constructed in 1995. It is located very near the Peak 9 base area, the high-speed Quicksilver Super Six chairlift.
Features DescriptionThis spacious, 3-level townhome sleeps 8 very comfortably and privately with a contemporary mountain decor. The master suite, located on the top level, contains a queen-size bed, a private bath and a cozy sitting area. The main level consists of the living room with gas fireplace, a queen sleeper sofa, fully-equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, and dining room. A large private deck, with a 6-person hot tub completes this level. The lower level has a 2nd master bedroom with a queen bed and a private bath. It also has another bedroom with two twin beds and a bathroom. This level contains the laundry facilities. There is a TV, VCR, CD player, and stereo in the living room and each bedroom has a TV. This townhome comes with a 1-car garage, outfitted with garage door opener and ski / boot storage. The attractive, modern kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, cooking utensils and dinnerware. The Village Point Townhomes are located on Broken Lance Drive, near the south end of town. They are located close to the Peak 9 Base, only a 7 minute walk to the Quicksilver Super Six Chairlift, and a 5 minute walk to the quaint shops and restaurants of historic downtown Breckenridge. The free shuttle bus stops at the entrance to Village Point. There's not a better location for a better price in all of Breckenridge.
