Features DescriptionThis 1,141 square foot condo has a West Indies cabana feeling beginning with the living area where you'll find comfortable leather furniture, a 50" plasma TV and a Bose 3-2-1 system. From here you can access the private balcony with ample outdoor furniture and a breathtaking view. The fully equipped kitchen offers granite countertops, upgraded appliances, a stackable washer and dryer plus a built-in wine rack above the bar area. The dining area seats six at a beautiful glass-topped table with chairs that complement the living area. The master suite has a king bed in gold, green and red with a palm tree theme and a cozy love seat. You'll also find a 40" LCD HDTV, a wireless computer with a 17" flat screen monitor and access to the patio with a retractable screen door. The second bedroom has a 26" LCD HDTV, IPod docking station alarm clock and two double beds in greens and gold. This unit also offers high speed internet, an in-room safe, free DVD rentals and a covered parking space. Other features include beautiful framed artwork, artificial plants, ceiling fans, wall-to-wall windows, crown molding, chair railing and upgraded light fixtures. There is an amenity program which includes a complimentary pass to seasonal activities such as charter fishing, boating adventures/cruises and a water park.
